The vacuum-insulated aluminum containers of the AC LIN series from the Auguste Cryogenics Medical Family are specifically designed for the storage, dispensing and transport of liquid nitrogen, offering a wide range of applications in laboratories as well as medical, pharmaceutical, and industrial facilities.
Key Features:
Depending on the model and configuration, static holding times ranging from three weeks to more than six months are possible. These containers are designed for the simple, demand-oriented dispensing of small quantities of liquid nitrogen. The practical containers have capacities ranging from 3 to 100 liters of liquid nitrogen. Containers designated with the “T” suffix are additionally reinforced and comply with ADR regulations for transport on public road and rail networks.
A complete overview of all technical parameters for this container is provided in the “Technical Data” table below.
Overview of further models for NITROGEN STORAGE & TRANSPORT:
AC Liquid Cylinder
Liquid Cylinders are mobile, vacuum-insulated stainless steel pressure vessels designed for the storage and withdrawal of cryogenic liquefied gases. With capacities ranging from 70 to 240 liters, they are suitable for medium-consumption applications and allow withdrawal in both liquid and gaseous phases. Depending on requirements, they are available in low-pressure, pressure-building, medium-pressure, and high-pressure versions. Thanks to their high-quality insulation, they provide low evaporation losses, long holding times, and a flexible supply solution.
AC Micro-Bulk
Micro-Bulk systems are stationary (MBC models) and mobile (TCC models) nitrogen tanks with automatic pressure and fill control for applications with higher consumption. They are available in standard sizes from 600 to 5,000 liters and with working pressures of 8, 11, 24, and 37 bar. Compared to conventional dewars, Micro-Bulk systems offer longer operating times, reduced refilling effort, and a continuous supply of liquid or gaseous nitrogen.

MDR – Medical Device Regulation (EU)
The Medical Device Regulation (MDR) defines binding requirements across Europe for products intended for medical applications. MDR-compliant liquid nitrogen vessels are required for medical and regulated applications where safety, documentation, and traceability are required – for example in hospitals, IVF centers, or biobanks.
