Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and dimensions of the goods ordered and are shown to you before you complete your order. For individually prepared quotations, shipping costs are stated separately in the quotation.
Shipping method and delivery time
Delivery times vary by product and are stated on the respective product page. We usually ship parcels via DHL or UPS with shipment tracking. Freight goods are delivered by a forwarding carrier.
Delivery times are non-binding unless they have been expressly agreed as binding in text form. Delivery is subject to correct and timely delivery to us by our own suppliers (Section 5 (1) and (2) of our General Terms and Conditions).
Freight delivery (forwarded goods)
Large vessels and heavy goods are delivered as freight. Please ensure that the delivery point can be reached by truck and that unloading is possible. Delivery is made to the kerbside unless otherwise agreed. Additional costs caused by missing unloading facilities, failed delivery attempts or waiting times are borne by you (Section 5 (5) of our General Terms and Conditions).
Collection
Goods may be collected after prior consultation and by appointment. We will inform you of the collection point in each individual case; there is no entitlement to collection at a specific location. You are responsible for providing suitable means of transport as well as the equipment and expertise required to transport cryogenic goods (Section 6 of our General Terms and Conditions).
Delivery area
We deliver within Germany, to the European Union and to third countries.
Customs duties, import charges and other fees incurred in the country of destination are borne by you. You are responsible for complying with all applicable export, import, embargo and sanctions regulations.
Transport damage
Please inspect the goods for transport damage immediately upon receipt. Please report any externally visible damage to the carrier without delay and have it confirmed in writing. Your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected; prompt notification helps us to enforce claims against the carrier.
