We are excited to introduce new products on our website that have been specifically designed to make your workflows more efficient, safer, and cost-effective. Whether you are working in the industrial, laboratory, or medical sector, these products provide practical solutions that meet the needs of your operation. Discover how these products can help optimize your processes!

1. Liquid Nitrogen Generator – Your Own Source of Liquid Nitrogen

Liquid nitrogen is essential in many fields, but traditional delivery via tank trucks can be costly and inconvenient. With the Liquid Nitrogen Generator, we offer an efficient solution for generating liquid nitrogen directly on-site – anytime and without delivery issues. These generators are available in four models, primarily differing by their daily production capacity:

  • LNG10: Produces 6 to 10 liters of liquid nitrogen per day, with a Dewar capacity of 35 liters.

  • LNG20: Produces 15 to 20 liters per day, with a Dewar capacity of 50 liters.

  • LNG40: Produces 40 to 45 liters per day, with a Dewar capacity of 100 liters.

  • LNG80: The largest model, producing 65 to 80 liters per day, with a Dewar capacity of 210 liters.

The technology behind these generators is based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), which allows for a consistent and efficient supply of liquid nitrogen and nitrogen gas. The device is extremely easy to use, featuring a user-friendly color touchscreen and a built-in oxygen analyzer with an alarm function. In addition, the low noise operation ensures a quiet working environment.

This generator eliminates the need for external deliveries, as it provides you with ultra-pure nitrogen directly on-site. This is particularly advantageous for high nitrogen consumption and can contribute to long-term cost savings.

2. AC Micro Bulk HORIZONTAL – Flexible Solution for Your Cryogenic Gas Supply

The AC Micro Bulk HORIZONTAL tanks from the HTCC series offer a highly robust and flexible solution for the storage and distribution of cryogenic gases such as nitrogen (N₂), oxygen (O₂), and argon (Ar). Previously available only in vertical models (TCC), we are now expanding our range to include the horizontal variant (HTCC). These durable stainless steel tanks are available in two sizes: 600 liters and 1000 liters, both with an operating pressure of 11 bar.

These tanks can be mounted on small trucks, allowing for the convenient distribution of liquid gas to various locations. Their sturdy construction makes them suitable for demanding transport conditions, ensuring high reliability during transport and usage. They provide an efficient solution for the storage and transport of gaseous and liquid gases.

The AC HTCC Microbulk tanks are equipped with multi-layer super insulation and Auguste Cryogenics’ GOLD Standard vacuum. They come with a 5-year warranty on the vacuum and are TPED approved, making them a reliable choice for the storage and transportation of cryogenic gases.

Features:

  • Forklift-compatible steel pallet

  • Steel ring for additional protection of the piping

  • TPED approval for safe transport of cryogenic gases

  • Truck-mountable for easy mobility and flexibility

The AC Micro Bulk HORIZONTAL tanks provide you with a practical, flexible, and cost-effective solution for ensuring your cryogenic gas supply.

3. AC Liquid Withdrawal Device for AC LIN Series – Retrofit for Greater Flexibility

With the AC Liquid Withdrawal Device (LWD) for the AC LIN series, we offer a retrofitable liquid withdrawal device that allows you to withdraw liquid nitrogen directly from the LIN containers of the AC Medical Family. Previously, the withdrawal device had to be factory-installed, but now we provide the option to retrofit it after the container has been delivered.

The LWD enables easy and safe withdrawal of liquid nitrogen under pressure. With an operating pressure of up to 0.5 bar, flow rates of up to 4 liters per minute are possible. Withdrawal can be done either directly via the LWD outlet unit or through a standard cryogenic hose connected to the Dewar’s liquid valve.

This retrofit device offers you high flexibility, as it can be installed at any time without the need for factory assembly. This allows you to adapt your containers to your needs at any point in time.

Conclusion

The new products on our website offer innovative, high-performance, and user-friendly solutions specifically designed for various needs in industry, laboratories, and medicine. With the introduction of these products, we aim to help you optimize your workflows, reduce costs, and simultaneously enhance efficiency and safety.
